Shipping fee collection.

Hi everyone. We hope you’re having a great week.
This is just a quick heads up to let you know that shipping feels will be collected now. A few people have reached out to us asking about this.
When you originally filled out your surveys you put a hold on your cards for the cost of your shipping fee but it hadn’t been charged to you yet. We’re just collected those fees now.
There are about 300 backers who have not completed their surveys. IF you do not complete your surveys soon those pledges will be undeliverable to you and we will assume you pledged just to donate to the project. But we would much prefer if you completed those surveys so you could receive your books. Please do so soon.
If you’re unsure if you’ve completed your survey please search your email for a message from backerkit with your surveys before you ask us to check for you.
We’re super excited about the how the books have come together and we will post some more preview pages with you soon.

Hey everyone, we hope you had a great week!
About 800 backers still haven’t completed their surveys. We’ve received a number of messages from people saying they can’t find their survey link. Instead of handling each case one by one, we’ll be resending all uncompleted surveys at once.
BackerKit has a short waiting period before we can do that, so we expect to send those out again next week. After that, if anyone is still missing their link, we’ll assist on a case-by-case basis.
There’s still plenty of time—nothing to worry about!

Great news—your BackerKit surveys are now live!
This is the next big step in the fulfillment process. If you’ve never used BackerKit before, here’s how it works:
Check your inbox – You’ll get an email with a link to your personal survey.
Confirm your pledge – Select the rewards you backed during the campaign.
Add extras if you’d like – BackerKit gives you the option to add new items to your order. This is your chance to grab anything you may have missed during the campaign.
Enter your shipping info – Make sure we know where to send your books.
Lock it in – Complete checkout, and you’re done.
Important Reminder 🚨
If you backed the standard hardcover of The NES-ential Celebration, this is your last chance to upgrade to the Gold Foil Wrapper Collector’s Edition. Once surveys close, that edition will no longer be available to standard backers.
